On 9/2/21 my sister and 3 year old niece went through the drive thru to pick up lunch to bring to me at work…… after work I picked up my niece for a sleepover and Friday morning she was helping me clean the kitchen and I told her what a great job a big help she was to me. Her reply was “IT’S MY PLEASURE” (mind u she’s 3) my jaw dropped when she said that! RecommendedI have always loved Chick-fil-A. Not just for their great food but what they stand for. Today solidified my feelings for this wonderful company. I was hungry on my way home with two babies in the back. I was contemplating stopping or not. Money has been tight these days but I decided to stop anyways. I was getting ready to pay when Grace said "Its on us". 😭 I just want to say thank you Chick-fil-A!!! And a shout out to Grace and employees of Eastgate Plaza😊

I placed a curbside order thru the app and should have gone through the drive thru because it would have been faster. First problem- no Chick FilA sauce. then my frosted lemonade was not frosted and I didnt get straws for either of my drinks. Then there was a hair in my sandwich. and there were no napkins. I've always bragged about your service but today was a complete failure (well, the cookie was good). hoping the next time is better!
We had lunch ordered for us and we received 40 nuggets and two sauces to dip them in. I call to complain and am told to complain to Doordash. You packed the meal take some responsibility for it. We are not happy.
Awesome service drive thru on point great job
they handled the drive thru service very well. coolers and umbrellas were out to take care of the employees and food and order was handled with ease from start to finish. well done
I've never had problems with this store untill this morning. I've been able on multiple occasions to get my app order through the Drive-Thru. I order at 9:42am and got there before 10:30. I was told to get out of line and go park, however my mother wanted to purchase her order so we decided to just get back into line. we told the girl there that I had an order and that my mother wanted to place an order. Chik-fil-a is a wonder. Their drive-thru was packed, but they were efficiently ready for it. The drive-thru is normally one lane, but was coned off to make 2 lanes. Two workers with iPads were outside taking orders from each car while two more confirmed the order, one took payment, a manager checked every order and 3 workers delivered the food. And every single worker was friendly and wished my son a happy birthday. This experience was the icing on the birthday cake of a great day. Thank you!
