I went there today and the strips were almost blacked with oil and cold and the fries as well. They were both soggy and over salted. Couldn't eat. Returned it and had to wait 25 to get another order. The strips were better then second time but the fries were just as bad as the first time. Horrible food today and my kid stomach was hurting after he ate it. Will not be eating at this location again.
Thank you to all the staff at Regency Mall Chick-fil-a. You all gave 150% tonight during the FREE Original Chicken Sandwich Event between 5-7pm. We so enjoyed being back at Regency - I do miss doing Customer Service there & meeting all the fun families. We brought our friends and we all had a great evening, who I actually met through doing customer service for CFA. Thank you all so much for making our night perfect.
