Andrew took our order and he was amazing. Super understanding and helpful.
I went through the drive through tonight and trusted that my order was complete. I was in a hurry so I didn’t check it until I arrived home. When I opened the bag I was missing all the entrees I had ordered. Nothing but fries in the bag. I had to drive all the way back and was just handed my food they had forgotten in the first place. No offer to compensate me for my inconvenience or the drive all the way back. Came in here @8:30pm on a Wednesday as I was passing through town and this place is as lively as ever, the atmosphere is nice and comforting, the staff are friendly, and the food is yummy(spicy chicken sandwich with chick Fil a sauce on it)
