The service at this location is exceptionally slow. I waited 15min this morning for a sandwich. Plus, my order did not include all the condiments I requested! Second and LAST time patronizing this location. Both experiences left little to be desired. Not good.
I came to your restaurant at 10:45 pm on 2/28 I ordered a 6ct kid meal with a fruit punch. I waited in line for 15 mins. When I got to the window a young lady said she was sorry but they didn't have anymore food. I i find it very unacceptable that not only are they claiming to be out of food which I find it hard to believe the staff probably didn't want to make more food since it was nearing closing time. Secondly to wait in a line for an extended period of time and not have anyone come out side to say anything is rude.
I bought a medium lemonade in the drive thru. Three quarters of the cup was ice. Feel like I got cheated of lemonade. Will ask for no ice next time.
The food and the service is always great i go there about once a month and I am always satisfied when I leave i always eat in and the service is great
Took my grands & had a very good experience. The food was delicious, the restaurant was clean, employees were courteous & helpful & the kids had a great time in the indoor playground.
