Drive thru window service is bad. Got my order wrong twice. Three men in window were talking too much to get anything right. Guy outside the window seemed nice but clueless. I asked for ketchup and mayonnaise and he nodded and said yes. I said it three times. Still no condiments. I had to return from my hotel to get my tea since they incorrectly gave me a lemonade. Not the standard customer service at a Chick-Fil-A
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Will never go back to this location ever again.
Tried to order a meal with a medium sized seltzer water and was told it was store policy to only sell small seltzer waters with a meal. This is unique to this location and they refused to make an exception. Even the team leader wouldn’t/couldn’t provide me a medium sized seltzer. I’m a big fan of Chick-fil-a, but I will never return to this location.
