Just went thru the drive thru and the girl who took our order Katie had the absolute by far best customer service skills that I have ever seen in the fast food industry. .... and I am not easy to please ... bad customer service is my biggest pet peeve! Chick fil a should be proud to have her on there team!
My friend had the same 8 piece chicken nuggets meal as I did except I ate mine with Buffalo sauce and it was delicious, my first time eating at a Chick-fil-A ever so I enjoyed it, But my best friend had to try on wedding dresses at David's Bridal, and she got sick with diarrhea and destroyed their bathroom. I wish she could have had a better experience because I quite enjoyed the food and service.
Great food Spicy Chicken my fave! A little crowded around lunch and dinner time but other than that an overall great eating establishment!
How come you guys aren't giving the free sandwiches this year to teachers for Teacher Appreciation Day? Our teachers deserve so much and yet the Chick Fil A in Tucson is not participating. Shame on you!!
Shout out to Jim w/ Chick-fil-A on Oracle for Superior customer service! My "to go" Market Salad turned out to be a (really) Spicy Southwest Chicken Salad when I opened the bag back at my office. I decided to call them, not to complain (I'd suffer through the spice and survive just fine) but to let the manager know, so he could address it with the staff. The owner answered my call and without hesitation sent one of his employees to my office to HAND DELIVER the correct salad. Whaaat?!!!! Chick-fil-A customer for life!
