I went to Chick Filet in Ocoee yesterday and the girl in the drive through wanted me to hand her my ccard for her to swipe. I told her no, I will swipe it myself. She was cross contaminating every drive through customer's card with her gloves. I reported it and guess what I was told? " it is easier for us to do it that way" What other safety precautions are you skipping because it is "easier" I will not be back
Huge thank you to Chick-fil-A in ocoee for having such a fast and smooth process through their drive thru. Today was our day to enjoy lunch from outside the house. It was between here and a competitor next door. Both had lines around the building. Knowing CFAs history with fast and effective service i chose here. To my surprise it was even better than that! usually pretty good service. however the coke mix is bad lately. too much soda water not enough syrup
I went to this location for the first and last time tonight, the chicken sandwich was burned, the breading was falling off of the meat and it was dry. Chic fil a is not as classy as it used to be
