I hate to leave a negative review, but after two frustrating experiences, I feel like I need to share. On January 26, I was asked to pull forward for “two minutes” and ended up waiting 20 minutes — only to find out they had forgotten to bring my order out until I called the store. Today, March 21, 2026, I ordered chicken tenders and was again asked to pull up and wait two minutes.
