Rushed work, VERY RUDE!!! Asked if they were taking walk ins for a pedicure, made me sit and wait with cold water for 20 mins without saying anything! Finally someone comes and starts with my toes. Friendly and very competent staff
Worse experience today 07/10 If you don’t wanna be mistreated simply because your not a Caucasian female and completely ignore you and what you want and then they get upset because they confused you with the other lady they started to help you and left you to go help the lady that got there AFTER you did and then get extremely upset because you showed her a picture of what you wanted AGAIN and according to the owner “She isn’t licensed to do that kind of work” I will not ever return to this place and I highly recommend you d... read more
I agree with the posters who have been frustrated by up-charging and hidden fees. You ask for something and they do something else and pretend it was an accident and still charge you for the service you didn't ask for. So be vigilant about checking your bill and insisting on the listed prices! On the positive side, they do a good job with the nails and always seem to be able to fit you in last minute.
