GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!! I was delivering a load to Hereford and needed Steer tires. I did a quick search for tires in Hereford and thankfully I chose Chika's. Called ahead and spoke with Ernesto. When I say awesome guy and customer service skills I mean just that. After that one phone call it was as if I was part of the family. I can't say enough about the genuineness that exudes from Ernesto and his team. They were all there ready to be helpful....in ANY way!!! We were on a road trip to Louisiana when our tire popped while in Texas. Our rv has irregular sized tires and even though they were already closed they came to fix the tire, then proceeded to order the other five since they weren’t in good condition and they were there the next day. The change took no longer than an hour and had great service with our situation. Thank you Ernesto
Ernest and his crew are excellent , in and out quick and efficient. Price is right on the money as well, unless u are a cement guy. Five stars all the way Above and beyond with help, great group of guys
