I’ve been to multiple appointments at this location. Most of the staff is helpful but the receptionist is unnecessarily rude. On multiple occasions I have received attitude with little to zero professionalism. I went to check in today, waited 20 minutes, only to find out my counselor was never told I arrived.
Cant even get a phone call back. Left voicemails, called many times....
I was there they were professional at front desk .
