Ignore the negative reviews—this place is amazing! I actually came all the way from Yuba City to Sacramento just for their pizza, and it was completely worth it. The flavors are fantastic, the crust is perfect, and the service is friendly and welcoming. Honestly, I don’t understand the complaints—this is one of the best pizza spots I’ve ever been to. Horrible customer service, rude, mean , unprofessional, and extremely disrespectful employees including the manager. These employees don’t don’t treat customers equally, and respectfully on the top of that they claim that they serve Halal foods, but unfortunately they lie. They are located in Sacramento, CA, and the restaurant is not big not small, but has a decent capacity for dining in, but unfortunately with the ZERO hygiene. We dined in at Pizza Twist Sacramento and had a great experience from start to finish! The staff gave us awesome recommendations, and we were so glad we tried something new. We ordered the Rice & Tikka Masala with chicken and lamb, the Spicy Masala Burger, and fries — and let me tell you, the burger and fries were the unexpected stars! We recently ordered food from this establishment and nearly spent $90.00, but unfortunately, none of the items tasted satisfactory. This has been a recurring issue with this establishment, resulting in a one-star rating for their service.
I had the Chicken Tikka burrito bowl and tried the Indian spice fries and it was fantastic. Fresh, and really tasty. They were a little slow but I had lots of time that day. They didn't have a lot of sit-in patrons but did a booming to-go order business.
