Ignore the negative reviews—this place is amazing! I actually came all the way from Yuba City to Sacramento just for their pizza, and it was completely worth it. The flavors are fantastic, the crust is perfect, and the service is friendly and welcoming. Honestly, I don’t understand the complaints—this is one of the best pizza spots I’ve ever been to. We dined in at Pizza Twist Sacramento and had a great experience from start to finish! The staff gave us awesome recommendations, and we were so glad we tried something new. We ordered the Rice & Tikka Masala with chicken and lamb, the Spicy Masala Burger, and fries — and let me tell you, the burger and fries were the unexpected stars! Horrible customer service, rude, mean , unprofessional, and extremely disrespectful employees including the manager. These employees don’t don’t treat customers equally, and respectfully on the top of that they claim that they serve Halal foods, but unfortunately they lie. They are located in Sacramento, CA, and the restaurant is not big not small, but has a decent capacity for dining in, but unfortunately with the ZERO hygiene. I did order pizza today at pizza twist at gateway park and receptionist, he really talk rude and also , I did told him about today’s deal and he said show your phone first then he will give me that deal. Second he did asked me about sizes and spicy or not spicy. Third he didn’t asked me what is the name who will come for pickup. When I went for pickup he don’t know which one is my Order. Behavior disrespectful. Never had that experience in that place. Always their staff does good behavior but this guy is unexpected.
