Giving it 4 stars. It's definitely the closest thing to deep dish you'll find in Texas most likely. At least the Dallas area. Born in Chicago, have family in Chicago. I know deep dish. I have had Uni's, Lou Malnoti's, Giordano, you name it. The big give away for us was we ordered and XL deep dish and they said it would take 30 min. 53 yr old Heavy Equipment mechanic here. No B/S coming from me on this review. This has got to be the BEST DAMN PIZZA I HAVE EVER HAD in my Life! The crust was a little thin for me but maybe I ordered wrong. This red sauce has a really sweet/unique flavor to it.
