Life Savers! We had an emergency this week when one of our windows literally fell apart just as the blizzard was coming in. I found these guys with a Google search and called them. Bob who answered the phone was near-by and stopped over in 10 minutes. It turns out something was loose and had worn out. Bob said they'd have to get the part from their warehouse.
