I went to Sam’s to grab a few things and stopped off at the hearing center in the store. I spoke with Mr. DeSuno and I was surprised by all the knowledge I was given. He walked me through the different types of hearing loss as well as explaining how we hear from our brain and not our ears. My wife and I were very impressed by his knowledge and my wife was shocked that there was never any pressure to buy them and more a learning of the importance and benefits of the hearing aids.
Tony is the best hearing aid professional I have ever worked with! Aside from being knowledgeable about hearing loss and hearing aids, he is very personable and caring. The prices here are also way lower than anyplace I have ever been to for hearing aids and that includes Costco! Awesome customer service and better hearing is ahead for anyone who takes my advice and goes to see TONY!!

I am so glad I stumbled into Tony at Chicago land hearing 2 years ago, While shopping at Sam's club. I just thought I needed to take a moment to thank hearing specialist Anthony Desuno at the Lucid hearing center in Sams club Northlake IL. office. I must say this specialist was not only sincerely patient and caring with me and my hearing needs, he was and is a very nice person. He gave me all the information about my new hearing aids and what to expect and what not to expect. With my new hearing aids I now hear with significant clarity and it feels so so good.
