I received a text message from Chicagoland Hearing stating that my hearing aids had been approved. However, after receiving them and attending a follow-up appointment for adjustments, I was informed that I needed to be issued lower-grade hearing aids as the ones I had were not covered. Great staff really took great care off my needs
The service is absolutely horrible, go elsewhere. Had mine just under 2 years and they wouldn’t hold a charge, I knew they would have to be sent in for repair. But could I just drop them off no, I had to make an appointment for 3 weeks later and pay $65. After 2 weeks I called and they weren’t sure what office they had been sent to. Called me next day they found them, can’t go pick them up have to make an appointment which is another 2 weeks away.
