The service is absolutely horrible, go elsewhere. Had mine just under 2 years and they wouldn’t hold a charge, I knew they would have to be sent in for repair. But could I just drop them off no, I had to make an appointment for 3 weeks later and pay $65. After 2 weeks I called and they weren’t sure what office they had been sent to. Called me next day they found them, can’t go pick them up have to make an appointment which is another 2 weeks away. They over charge greatly. I will never use them again.
I have been very satisfied with my experience in receiving new hearing aids from Chicagoland Hearing. I never had to wait during any of the visits, the hearing aids fit well, they work well and were delivered on time. Sandy and Rich kept the progress on track.
If you are sent by Tru-Hearing be sure to ask ahead of time what the policy is regarding Tru-Hearing referrals. Got a very helpful call from one of the owners after running into Tru-Hearing imposed rules
