office in regus building a little hard to get to but experience with Randall of Chicagoland hearing well worth it. Super efficient. programmed aids perfectly.

For years, now, I have not heard the beep of the microwave or the top octaves of a piano. I simply considered that a part of getting older. My mother, father and grandfather all experienced profound hearing loss. But that changed for me. With the new hearing aids from Chicagoland Hearing, paid for by Medicare Advantage, my life has changed for the better. Last month my husband had an appointment. He was going in for appointment for Tru-Hearing (Humana). He found the building a confusing maze and when he found the office it was locked. There was no sign indicating a new location. He never received an e-mail indicating where the office was. He cancelled his appointment and went elsewhere.

Richard at Chicagoland hearing explained everything about my new hearing aids in great detail. But the best thing is the follow up appointments were easy and convenient.
