Dr. McCoy is very kind and easy to speak with. She provided all necessary information and answered my questions well. I left with a great understanding as to how to best use my hearing Aids. I'm grateful. Thank you.
The Doctor was quickly able to address my problem. My only concern is that the Doctor is always late. My 1st 2 appointments, the doctor was about 20 minutes behind. Today, the delay was about 10 minutes. This is after receiving messages reminding me to be on time.
