Upon meeting with my representative I received all the information I needed to make an informed decision on which hearing aid would be best for me. When I received my aids I received instructions on the set up and best way to use them. Since I have received helpful tips through email. I have been very satisfied
I new I would be needing hearing aids for some time and with so many on the market i just was not sure who i should use. After shopping around for awhile a friend of mine suggested Chicagoland Hearing. I made the appointment with my associate, Rich Herstowski, and I must say he made the process very easy explaining everything in detail. They were able to handle my insurance papers as well.
