My great expectations were met! Meeting with Rich was really smooth from the hearing test all the way to showing me how to insert the devices. They work really well and the phone app allows you to adjust the tone and sound level to accommodate many different situations. The devices are virtually invisible to others. Rich gave me a number of tech and pricing options and Medicare allowed me to pick an affordable copay. I am glad I went to Chicagoland Hearing.
