There is no signage on the door. I was waved in and offered a seat and then silence! I wasn't sure if I was being signed in! Very cold and unwelcoming. Fortunately, Ms. Tadie was welcoming, very professional and thoroughly explained the testing process. Importantly, she was extremely helpful in selecting my new hearing aids. She was exactly what you would expect from a really good and human professional.
Ms. Tadie is so informative and personable. She is a credit to her profession!
Everything went well. I'm at the age where having hearing aids isn't embarrassing. So it's great when you know how to wear them properly. Thank you.
