Very thorough and professional
Mary Kay was patient and understanding with me and really helped me understand how to use my new hearing aids I really felt comfortable with my choice when I left the office
MaryKate was both patient and phenomenal in explaining different models +\- AND in facilitating credit plan for 12 months, no interest. Downtown Chicago office a little hard to find (Recency listing of offices on 21st floor doesn’t list “Chicagoland Hearing.”)
