Alison is a great designer who listens, takes notes and brings your vision into reality. She will also give realistic feedback when necessary. Jeremy and his team were fantastic installers who were able to work around uneven walls and made it all fit seamlessly. Just good people all around doing quality work.
We originally had Brad come spec out options for our unconventionally shaped and sized closets in our home. He was super helpful and thorough, and the quote was very fair. We ended up not pursuing that project, but later had him quote a "kitchen library" project: basically a coffee bar, shelving unit, banquette structure that covers the full wall of our eat-in kitchen. We had a great experience with CCC. Going in we had a small space that wasn't used well, and Brad helped us design storage that worked for our needs. The installer came on time, was courteous, and did a great job. Very happy with the outcome.
great experience with Brad and the installation team. We just had Tim and Chicagoland Custom Closets do all of the closets in our new condo and can't recommend them enough. They did a great job of listening with what we wanted to do in the closets and came back with designs that incorporated everything that we were looking for. In addition, they made thoughtful recommendations and were able to solve our problems because a couple of the closets were not square and were weird angles.
