I called CARI around my lunch time for a same-day appointment and I got 2-4 pm window so I left the office and headed home. I dont live too far from my work. I had an issue with my Kitchen-Aid Refrigerator not cooling properly. A tech showed up his name was Nor (not sure about spelling?) at 2 pm on the money, took about an hour start to finish from diagnosis to repair. I am not sure what he did but it sure worked like a new before he left. Highly recommended for promptness and quality craftsmanship.

Our oven went out which proved to be a major headache. I called and made an appointment for the next day and Mr Asif the tech was in and out within 30 minutes! He fixed it efficiently and cost effectively. Thanks
the tech was great. He knew what the problem was before he even came in. My fridge was leaking water and started to mess up my floor. He walked in and went right to the source of the problem. He finished everything in about 35 minutes. Very polite and courteous. I will recommend this company to anyone in need of a refrigerator repair serviceman.
