The staff are very professional as well as the doctor, office is clean. Didn't have to wait once I was in the office.
Even though the injections are unpleasant the nurse and doctor prepare me for the injection to make it as painless as possible
Dr Francis is very down. To earth and listens and cares about your vision.
Dr. Francis and his staff are wonderful. Very competent and patient oriented. Office location is easy to get to. Enough parking. Very little waiting time.
They are good and gentle with your eyes, then explaining everything to you
