I arrived in Chicago with concert tour, having trouble with Sciatica. When I called the number in Google Maps, it rang twice, then silence. I asked if anyone was there, and a voice finally said hello. I got half a sentence in when I was told " I'm not accepting new patients!" And the woman hung up on me!?! I can understand not taking a new patient, but I've never had a doctor hang up on me before!
2020: UPDATE. I gave birth to a beautiful, extremely healthy 9 pound, 22 inch baby girl in October 2017. She came out of the womb smiling. She is now almost 3 and has rarely been ill despite being in daycare and is ahead in all development areas. Laurisa is one of the most knowledgeable persons as far as her acupuncture services go. I have suffered many years and her treatments have helped me immensely. The pain subsides within a day or two and I am pretty much good for a few months and sometimes longer. Truly recommend her for any of your sciatica, back or just general pain. She also does face acupuncture which has helped me in looking better and much healthier.
Dr. Turin is a wonderful acupuncturist. She treated my condition with reassurance and guidance. I will forever be grateful for her help.
