I would choose "Not professional AND Not responsive" I have tried to hire Paul for over 1-2 months to custom build high-end pieces for my clients ($20-$30K in custom builds) and he has led me on with promises of bids and renderings for months. Very poor communication and super unprofessional. He has stated numerous times that the reason he is unable to get CAD drawings to me is because he is out of state vacationing or simply has poor time management skills.
