I'm a property manager and I needed a company that would give us the best options, price and service for our building's storefront project. Brian was very professional, honest and very communicative. We were very happy with our results and will definitely be hiring them again for our future projects.

This guy is a total jerk. Google Robert Lowe Glass Chicago and you can read reviews about all the companies he has opened up once he's burned too many bridges with the old one. He is a thief who routinely accepts down payments and then never returns calls.

Avoid this company at any cost. After calling them several times, the guy finally came to take a measures and do an estimate. He said he would come back tomorrow. I followed up tomorrow with the boss and he said that guy should be coming tomorrow. Next day, I don't hear again from either boss or the guy who came first time. I called again and the boss said it would be tomorrow. The next day, the same story, no communication from them. I never heard back from them since.

Their website claims they give great service -- NOT TRUE. We need replacement glass shower doors. One of their people came out to our home in late Fall and gave us an estimate, so we said we'd be in touch to start the job probably after the holidays. When holidays were over we called, emailed, & texted more than 6 times saying we wanted to move forward with the job but never could get *anyone* at all to contact us back. They literally just ignored us. Total waste of time.
