I can't say enough good things about Giulietta. I initially came here to get more hormones tested as my GP wasn't really listening to me about my concerns regarding my energy level and weight gain. Giulietta created a custom plan for me and helped me stay on track. She is a great coach and made me feel totally at ease. The program has given me everything I have needed to succeed in my weight loss journey. The most important part is Giulietta and her ability to make you feel at ease. I have dropped over 30 pounds which I have struggled with over the years. Giulietta made this easier with her follow up and support. I feel like I am now on more of a "maintenance " program as I have all the tools to stay on track. Never thought I could do this, just needed to find the right fit and guidance!
