Initially, Chicago Water Pros was fantastic. Mark installed a drinking water filtration system and did a wonderful job. He was efficient, fair and great to work with. He even came out and changed the filters a year later. I couldn't have been happier. But after we had had the filtration system for two years, the pump would no longer fill with water.
