I recently used Cygnet for my wedding in Chicago (at Morgan's on Fulton) and can't recommend them enough as a business. Ever since my initial interaction with them, just gathering information about my event, they were extremely kind and attentive to detail. Several coordinators work for Cygnet, but I can officially say I would trust any of them with any wedding, event, etc. all over again. Working with Kate/Cygnet as our month-of wedding coordinator was hands down one of the best decisions we made. From the moment she stepped in, she was absolutely CLUTCH; not only during the month leading up to the wedding but especially on the day itself.
