I went there for an emergency visit for my cat and was extremely disappointed. The first staff i spoke to (who took my cats vitals) was extremely rude, rushed, and did not treat me with kindness. I had to constantly keep on calling them every 3 hours to get updates on my cat because they would forget to give me a call regarding her ultrasound results and treatment plans. When going through a tough time with your sick pet, the last thing you want is unfriendly, busy hospital staff. I would recommend going to another emergency... read more
Very beautiful environment to bring your pet for an emergency , very clean and sharing of snacks , take alot of stress away while you're waiting for your fur baby to be seen , comfortable seating , very nice staff absolutely everyone , thank you for making this experience awesome sauce
My sweet girl Soxy was having a hard time breathing and we went there because they had a cardiologist on-site and it was an ER - we loved our dog more thank anything in this world - and taking her here was in an effort to save her life and a last resort do so. Our vet called to let them know we were coming. When I came in with my baby the lovely lady called triage and before I know it the nurse asked me a question, I approved and they jumped into action.
