TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! This company uses misleading ads and statements in their marketing. A large group of us bought tickets to the Halloween Crawl and we were all under the impression based on statements on their website that the event would be cancelled and tickets refunded if the Cubs made it to the World Series. Freddie kole makes this company look bad! He's rude, ignorant and has no social/customer service skills whatsoever! You would think as the founder and CEO of this company that he'd have more sense on how to speak to people! I bought tickets to a Halloween pub crawl and simply had questions about it.
