I recently sold my home and went through Chicago title to close the sale of the property. I had never had such a bad experience with a title company.Nicole who notarized the settlement documents was very rude. No type of good customer service. They had incorrect information regarding the property. The process took longer than expected. I will definitely not be recommending them.
Very professional Title/ Escrow office on West March Lane in Brookside. You can count on their efficiency and closing deals on time, if not earlier. Ask for Sherri Cearley as your escrow officer, nicest person in the world, and pitbull for efficiency!
