You can't go wrong with the team at Chicago Title Cross Rock. Such a great group of high-integrity individuals. The atmosphere is always welcoming + peaceful, and everyone greets you with a smile. Been closing many of my real estate transactions here for 10+ years!

Here’s a scathing Google review of complete fiduciary breach. One star is too generous. Chicago Title Insurance Company operates like a well-oiled scam machine. They completely disregarded the purchase contract, failed to enforce basic due diligence, and closed on a home riddled with encumbrances—some of which were public record and referenced in the very documents they issued. They accepted payment for title insurance but never delivered what was promised: no survey, no pin staking, and no Mortgage Inspection Certificate. I... read more
