I strongly recommend avoiding Chicago Title in Midwest City. This has been, by far, the most unprofessional and frustrating experience I’ve had in any of my six real estate closings. Chicago Title made a critical error by using the wrong legal description for our property, which caused a major delay in closing on our construction loan. Update July 11th My portion of the contract was to be completed June 30th. This title company seemed unphased that June 30was here and my side hadn't been completed. But since I drove 20 hours round trip to get my portion completed on time....we suppose you can come in and wet sign part of your part. The contact on the sale of my house expires June 30th, 2025 (Monday). I'm writing this on June 27th, 2025. I have had 1 email asking the particulars of my mortgage, marital status, SS# (last 4), and preference of remote sign or on location this past Wednesda, June 25th, 2025.
