Working with Liz Farinella at Chicago Title Company was such a pleasure! Thank you, Liz, for your kindness and competence. It was especially wonderful to work with Liz as this is always a stressful time, trying to make sure everything works the way we had hoped. Liz went above and beyond, trying to make sure we stayed calm and absolutely understood every detail involved in the purchase of the house. We truly appreciated how accessible she was. The world is truly a better place because she is in it.

Adrian Gudina and her team went well beyond the extra mile on a stressful and time-sensitive close for a transaction we recently funded. When you get into these situations, not only does it help to have a pro at the escrow desk, it matters that that person understands urgency and the importance of putting the transaction first. Well done, all the way around, and a world of appreciation from the lender standpoint.

I strongly recommend avoiding Chicago Title Company and escrow officer Sean Loftus. During my August 2025 home purchase, Mr. Loftus repeatedly told me and my lender that our Close of Escrow (COE) was August 1. He even issued signed and notarized closing documents with that date, so I scheduled my move and plans accordingly.
