Shockingly terrible communication throughout the closing process. Team there is not proactive at all, and on my closing date they were scrambling to get documents ready in time and eventually I had to shift the closing date by a few days. They frequently do not answer the phone during business hours. Pretty obvious symptoms of not having much/any competition in Ridgecrest and riding off good reviews from years ago. Very disappointed with them. Original deed was sent to the seller after payment went through which could have been a disaster but seller thankfully paid to send it to correct party. They weren't very helpful in filling out all of the paperwork so we are dealing with County Tax Assessor to fix the problem that could have been caught during closing. Items to be notarized were incorrectly sent to seller and had to be redone. Please ask your questions and do your part to review documents carefully because they will probably miss... read more
