Chicago Title is lazy and incompetent. Chicago Title managed escrow for my home purchase but unfortunately, Chicago Title calculated the seller's property taxes owed on the home using the bill from the prior year which meant Chicago Title did NOT collect enough money from the seller to pay for the current year's property taxes. Joshua and Cindy are definitely the team you want if you need title insurance. Joshua goes above and beyond to make sure that all your needs are met. They both have been doing tours insurance for so many years. There is not much that they do not know about it. I highly recommend using them for your title insurance needs
