Joe is in customer service and he is in Victorville but his professionalism projects that he's right here in my town Palm Springs and he is so brilliant so patient and has answered every question for years and years that I have asked Chicago title. Chicago Title is lazy and incompetent. Chicago Title managed escrow for my home purchase but unfortunately, Chicago Title calculated the seller's property taxes owed on the home using the bill from the prior year which meant Chicago Title did NOT collect enough money from the seller to pay for the current year's property taxes. As a result, the seller's credit to me through escrow for the current years property taxes was less than what the seller actually owed and I as the buyer had to pay more in property taxes for the curr... read more
