I am writing a review about this location because I've dealt with nothing but blatant incompetence from the VP on down to the admin staff. If I could give a negative star, I would. I purchased a property on 5/20/24 and paid cash for it. Yes, I am typing 2024. From the start, there was a failure to schedule a survey which delayed the closing and forced me to incur extra expense to live in a hotel.
