The staff is a hit or miss. The lady that answers the phone or comes out when you walk him is very nice, honest and professional. However, one of the ladies Eva was lost and had us wait for a refund for 2+ weeks. Claimed she mailed the check found out through the front desk lady she never created one. On one occasion I witnessed her be very rude to le lady that helped me over the phone. I wish I knew the lady that answers the phones name because she was an Angel and helped me get the final stuff from them.
