Generally pretty miserable to work with - when depositing earnest money, they didn't send over the documents necessary to deposit until 3 PM the day it was due (giving exactly 2 hours to deposit the money) despite being asked 4 days ahead of time to send over what was needed. Then, they insisted the only way to deposit it was via cashier's check, and when asked "how exactly are we supposed to get a cashier's check dropped off to a location 2.5 hours away with traffic when there's only 2 hours left to deposit it", they insist... read more

I like Chicago Title. Very nice people and they get the job done.
I'm dumbfounded. I put my house in a trust and I need to record the deed. They told me they don't do that here.????????
