Took their sweet time for a cash deal. 3 weeks and than we’re told the new owners could use a personal check and the temp they hired said yes and than when we came to sign the office said no. She was wrong. If you hire a temp make sure they know the rules or don’t pass the buck, it’s my money to pay off my loan and now we have another 10 days of interest. They should be responsible for making the mistake. There are 5 title companies in Yuma will use another company next time.

I will never use this company again! They are not organized they are not professional and they do not follow through with promises to return calls and stay in communication regularly I would not recommend this company and will never use them again

Elizabeth weeks was very nice and considerate and I enjoyed working with her! She was on time, and very considerate to my needs although she didn't know all the answers, according to the purchase agreement unfortunately.

Was told last Minute that I would have a mobile notary come to my house to have me sign for the house that I’m buying . He was supposed to be showing at 7:30 PMAnd he never showed up, never called, never apologized. Would never do business with this place again
