I’m buying a house. Timing is important to me, but I get no indication it is to this agency. Four times over the course of a week they promised and failed to send instructions so my bank could wire transfer the money to the escrow account. Kim Amavisca was recommended to me by a lender. This was a horrible recommendation. Her team's lack of responsiveness while she was out of the office and her lack of professionalism when she returned led to me canceling my escrow with them and moving it to a more responsive and professional company. Having sold thousands of homes in my real estate career, the service I received from Kim and her team ranked right up there with the worst ever. BUYERS AND SELLERS BEWARE!!!
