I would give less then one star if I could. 3 different closing dates, they didnt listen to the lender when he seen the paperwork was messed up. They let us take time off of work with no call we drove over and hour to close for them to say we could not close that day bc of the mistakes the lender told them about a week before. And we have owned our house for 4 months and they still owe us almost 4800 They are rude and disrespectful. I would never use them nor recommend them to anyone. What a nightmare! Does anyone work at this place? I left several messages for over two weeks and got no call back. Cost me to lose my deal and alot of money. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone. I would give less than one star if I could.
Chicago Title Marion has a wonderful staff and they do a phenomenal job!
Was my goto for 100+ closings to date. Swore by them but the very first time there was the smallest hickup over a piddly 6k lein which they were aware of for over a year going into it, they blew up the entire closing and were rude and disrespectful. Crosswinds closed the deal quick fast and without issue. Didnt even take my offer to escrow as it was an invalid lein for another person.
