It was a pleasure to work with Chicago Title on the acquisition of my investment property. Michelle Hampton and staff were quick to answer my questions and kept me posted on the progress while closing. Highly recommend.
I would not recommend using this company. Michelle is extremely rude and unprofessional. Michelle has an explosive attitude and needs to learn to speak to people with respect and understanding regardless of the situation. Her inability to have compassion for others is unwavering. People like her should not be working in jobs that require public service. I would have given 0 stars if I could.
Don't use this company please! Terrible communication and rude employees, they did not send over an addendum to my purchase and and ENTIRE parcel was accidentally left off the mortgage so I'm left with additional property taxes that I didn't know about from almost a year ago. I've blitzed them with emails and communications and they're just not responding hoping this will go away. At this point I have to consider a lawsuit or just make sure this company goes under somehow.
Chicago title did an excellent job very responsive easy to deal with made the process go very smoothly answered All our questions. Highly recommend them and kudos to the Chicago title team member from Strongsville
