Closing agent was good but my mortgage company has been trying to contact them for over 2 weeks in regards to something that Chicago Title should have paid off, yet I’m getting invoices for - but no one is answering us. I’ve tried calling, left voicemails and we’ve emailed more than once. Hoping this review will catch someone’s attention and they reach out with answers, finally.
