Update: I received a check from the title company at 11:15am when I got home - on my porch. I will continue to pursue this “honest mistake” quoted from the realtor. Everyone received payment at closing except seller on 7/17/2026 and it’s now 7/23/2026 and payment was finally received an hour ago. Very Careless and sloppy of Chicago Title & Trust company.
