Carlos R. is incredibly rude and unprofessional. He acted as though he owned the title company and speaks to clients in a very condescending manner, making it feel like you were inconveniencing him by asking for assistance. Communication and customer service were extremely disappointing, and the overall experience left me feeling uncomfortable and undervalued as a client. I would not recommend using this company based on my experience.

The worst of the worst. Chicago title is the absolute worst title co and this specific office is horrible. Unresponsive and rude.
Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Service I had a terrible experience with this title company during the purchase of my new home. They misspelled my name on both the Bill of Sale and deed documents, even though I called them before my closing to ask them to correct it.
