Absolutely unacceptable experience with Chicago Title. My wife and I just signed the closing documents for our home—a huge milestone for us, especially as I transition out of the Marine Corps after five years of service. Just two hours after signing, we received a call from Heidi DeFazio demanding an additional $2,079.39. Mind you, we had already submitted both our earnest money deposit and full closing funds.
