My family and I had a terrible experience working with this company throughout a real estate purchase. We worked with Claudia Cardiel, the Escrow Officer, who mixed up our documents and sent a messy package to the HOA and caused confusion in many levels. At the end, she didn't take any responsibility and mentioned that "it is not her job to review and organize the documents before sending to HOA".
